A simple medication and vitamin tracker
CoLog works as a lightweight medication and vitamin tracker: make a button for each pill, tap it when you take it, and add a rule like "once before 13:00". If 13:00 passes without a log, CoLog reminds you. If you already took it, it stays quiet.
Buttons to make
- Vitamin D
- Morning meds
- Evening meds
Tap to log now. Hold to log at the time under the timeline cursor.
Rules that remind you
- Vitamin D Once before 13:00
- Reminds you at 13:00 only if you haven’t logged it yet.
- Morning meds Once between 06:00 and 11:00
- One dose per morning window.
- Evening meds At least 10 hours apart
- Warns you if you tap it too soon after the last dose.
Great for
- Daily vitamins and supplements
- A course of antibiotics
- Morning and evening medication
- Anyone who asks "did I already take it?"
Tips
- Hold the button to log a dose you took earlier: drag the timeline to the right time first.
- Add a note to a log ("half dose", "with food") when something is different.
- Archive a button when a course ends. Its history stays.
Set it up in three steps
- Make the buttons. Pick an emoji, a name and a color, for example 💊 Vitamin D.
- Add a rule if you want reminders. Skip it if you just want a log.
- Tap when it happens. CoLog keeps the timeline and shows Day, Week and Month views.
Questions
Can CoLog remind me to take medication?
Yes. Give the button a rule such as "once before 13:00" and CoLog sends a local notification if the time passes without a log. Reminders depend on your phone’s notification settings, so don’t rely on any app alone for critical medication.
Will it remind me even if I already took it?
No. Rules check your logs first, so a reminder only appears when the dose is actually missing.
Is CoLog free?
Yes. CoLog is free with ads, and every feature is included. CoLog Plus removes the ads for $1.99 a month or $14.99 a year.
CoLog is a logging and reminder tool, not medical advice. Always follow your doctor’s or pharmacist’s instructions.
